$SOFI, I’m buying SOFI, but it drops a lot lately. Shall I keep on buying each dips or leave it until market regains its power?

@Gerry Foos: is SOFI now alike when you were buying PLTR?

$RKLB new here… is SpaceX a competitor? What advantages RKLA has?
It seems to RKLB much higher success rate in launching though might be totally different space launching orbit than SpaceX.

$HALO Deepseek says:

Conclusion:**
While a patent battle is possible if Merck aggressively challenges Halozyme’s IP, a licensing agreement is the probable outcome. Both parties have incentives to avoid disruption: Merck to protect Keytruda’s expansion, and Halozyme to monetize its technology. Merck’s legal maneuvers likely serve as negotiation tactics rather than a commitment to prolonged litigation. Expect a deal aligning with Halozyme’s existing partnership structure (upfront payment + royalties), ensuring SC Keytruda’s timely market entry.

2025**:
— If Merck delays or Halozyme holds out for better terms, talks could stretch into 2025, aligning with expected regulatory filings.
— A breakdown in negotiations by mid-2025 could trigger litigation, risking Keytruda SC’s launch timeline (2026–2027).

  • Litigation Wildcard:
    — If Merck escalates patent challenges (e.g., IPRs) and Halozyme countersues, lawsuits could drag into 2026–2027. However, both sides would likely settle before jeopardizing Keytruda SC’s launch.?
