I feel the stock is Beyond Dead

The filet is not $19.59 per lb. That price is for 2 filets weighing 4.5oz per filet. Thats $19 for 9oz of meat (just over 1/2 a pound). Thats a complete rip off. Who’s paying that? I could go to Costco and buy Prime Ribeye or NY for 14.99-16.99 per lb.

Time to load up on $5.00 Puts.

Without the pop today the R/S will be announced next week.

Beyond Meat has until August 31, 2026, to lift its closing bid price above $1.00 for at least 10 consecutive business days.

We need to hope this moves before or after August 5th earnings call or it’s coming. “Beyond Meat has not executed a reverse stock split yet, but the company faces a compliance deadline of August 31, 2026, to lift its share price above $1.00 or risk delisting from the Nasdaq Exchange. Stockholders approved a proposal giving management the authority to enact a reverse split if needed.”

All accounts that participated in the secondary offering who purchased at $15.50 get their shares after market close today or before open tomorrow. They are going to unload those shares and this will tank to $16 or below tomorrow.
