Wendy’s has broken a global opening-week record at Dandenong South, while property filings point to new Australian sites across Victoria and Queensland.

US burger heavyweight Wendy’s has smashed a global sales record in Australia as commercial property filings expose its next drive-through suburbs.
The Dandenong South restaurant at 1A Assembly Drive sold almost 20,000 burgers, 30,000 hand-breaded chicken tenders and 6500 Frostys in its first week.
