This makes 8 in two days. More inside trading filings. I trimmed this position from my holdings because of this. How are we supposed to believe in this business if they don’t appear to believe in it themselves?

I received another three insider trading alerts on top of the four I got on Monday. Wtf! This company is so full of shit. I sold out of most of my positions after getting all these emails. What is going on over there? $VXRT sounds promising but they haven’t produced results, barely profitable and yet they keep on selling off their stock. I mean cmon people.

Management doesn’t make it easy for us to believe in the business when my inbox looks like this. How are supposed to believe in them when they don’t even seem to believe in their business. If they were confidant in the business SEC wouldn’t be flooded by form 4’s (insider transaction)
