- Nasdaq just gave the company more time.
Nasdaq granted SLGB another 180 days, through April 26, 2027.
The company must reach $1.00 for at least 10 consecutive business days.
It can consider a reverse stock split if necessary.
Its Nasdaq listing continues during the extension.  - There is a new business opportunity.
In September, SLGB announced a cross-border non-ferrous metals trading platform and completed its first aluminum scrap raw-material transaction. That's worth watching, but one transaction doesn't establish a profitable new business.
