Does anyone know who provides this app its data like the bid x ask? Where does the $21.00 bid x 32.00 ask come from? That’s an $11 spread doesn’t make any sense.

Why would market makers drive the price down on this stock? The lower the price the more shares their buddies the institutional investors/hedge funds/banks/investment banks can buy.
