Share Inc is to take os back up to 300m from 25m. The 25m was necessary to have a 12% rs under Nevada law affecting all shares. Personally, I want to see it stay at 25m to put some shareholder control over management

Why would they. They’re hiding and keeping everyone guessing on Berubicin snd TPI287 is miles away

If they don’t pull a rabbit out of the hat soon, I believe there are grounds for class action.

I Guess we’ll know in 21 business days or less but it clearly is in free float over past 9 days with no apparent attempt to prop up the bid price any longer which either signals they’re in the ‘red zone’ or are willing to leave the exchange. IMHO

IMHO, the CEO has crossed the line with his exuberant, misleading comments through mid-Dec/2024. As an attorney, he should be well aware of those consequences.
