If they are able to do debt to equity deals for the remainder of the debt to generate additional $150MILLION in additional cash. That should be enough to complete the UPS order for 10K vans within 24 months from today.

I meant debt to equity swap with additional cash infusion that is creating more working capital and eliminating debt is good for future of this company. If the remaining debt is eliminated using the same strategy co will be debt free with sufficient working capital to build the first 10000 UPS vans in N Carolina.
