How do you feel now, ceo, management , : BOD :: YOU crashed this down from one hundred dollars per share. That is a 95.% loss. and it’s going lower. How much did you dilute the shares along the way. ? Look in a mirror: all you will see is greed. Your coffers are full but how many lives, families, and souls have you destroyed along the way. You have been weighted. Enough said. You shall fall of your own weight. By your own hand.

And APP just made the sp500… were you not

Which management team would you rather have diluting your shares every damn week.

We were paying 10% and that’s raised to about ? 11 or 12% ? And debt is now 7% higher. But lower fed rates will bring down to closer to 11%
Higher EBIDA will cover increases in interest payments. How do we show a profit. ?

They pay approx 34 million a year interest. Thats 8.5 a qtr. if they pay off 1/3 the debt. They save 3.0 a qtr. based on a new basis of 150 million shares o/s that’s 2 cents a share. But if they knock the stock down 2.00 a share that’s 200m market cap they destroy … it’s another poor financial decision. Fire the new CFO… Don’t dilute… you will end up going down a path to destruction.

Do the math . If they pay off the debt there will be a minimum of 250m shares outstanding. And dumas it’s not going to happen at 5.50 or 4.50 a share it’s going to happen at 2.00 to 3.00 a share. Just wait til tomorrow. You should worry about 3 I / Atlas. This is already toast.
