They clear the Jazz v. FDA lawsuit; earnings better than expected and stock down 15% …..

$MTNB doesn’t seem like there’s any hope this thing ever recovers. I’ll go down with the ship and use the loss against gains for ‘24, but it sure is sad and frustrating.
Someone told me a long time ago, mgmt was horrible and investment bankers didn’t want to work with Jerry. I didn’t listen because I had faith in the technology.
