RedCloud Holdings shares jump 38.33% in after-hours trading after announcing an Argentina integration deal targeting over 200 distributors.
RedCloud Holdings plc (NASDAQ:RCT) shares climbed 38.33% to $0.042 in after-hours trading on Thursday after the London-based technology and B2B open commerce platform announced a new integration agreement in Argentina.
The company said its Argentine distribution partner, Picking Up!, signed an integration deal with an operator of an ERP system.
ERP, or enterprise resource planning, is software that manages a company’s inventory, orders, pricing and accounting in one place. According to RedCloud, the system is used by more than 200 FMCG distributors in Argentina.
What the Argentina Integration Delivers
The deal connects distributors directly to Picking Up!’s B2B trading infrastructure. It covers digital ordering, customer management, promotions, live order visibility and synchronization of products, prices and inventory.
Participating distributors gain access to a network of about 100,000 retail outlets. Activation begins in November.
$20M Revenue Forecast
The integration sits within a three-year agreement with Golomax and Picking Up!, announced in August. RedCloud forecasts $20 million in revenue over the term.
RedAI, the company’s AI infrastructure for predicting FMCG trade, will be deployed alongside the platform. Its RAID prediction model is trained on more than $8.4 billion of transactions. It will begin training on Argentine distributor data in November. The company said data is aggregated and de-identified, and distributors keep control of their information.
CEO Justin Floyd said, "We deploy on infrastructure that is already there, and the intelligence arrives with the first order."
