The providers will service the program under ten-year value contracts, with projects assigned to qualified providers as needed. Willdan’s services may include energy audits, retro-commissioning, design-bid-build, design-build, and other energy-related services for NYPA customers. Potential customers span education, healthcare, government, housing, transportation, and other public and commercial facilities.
