TeraWulf Secures Google Credit Support for Financing Behind $19B in Anthropic Leases
TeraWulf executed credit support agreements with Google LLC, a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOGL), in connection with debt financing for about $19 billion of contracted lease commitments with Anthropic at its Justified Data Campus in Hawesville, Kentucky. Under the agreements, Google provides contractual credit support for the anticipated debt financing. Alphabet’s senior unsecured debt is rated AA+ by S&P Global Ratings and Aa2 by Moody’s. TeraWulf said the support strengthens its ability to pursue competitive long-term project financing.

TeraWulf Signs Definitive Construction Deal for Three Data Center Buildings
TeraWulf also executed a definitive engineering, procurement and construction agreement with Fluor Enterprises on a guaranteed-maximum-price basis for three data center buildings at the Justified campus, building on a limited notice to proceed announced in March.
The agreement expands Fluor’s role to include engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, with defined delivery milestones, open-book cost reporting and performance protections. Guaranteed maximum pricing is still being established as engineering and procurement progress. Under the milestone schedule, phased ready-for-service completions are expected to begin in late 2027 and continue through the second quarter of 2028.
