(NASDAQ:LEXX) (the "Company" or "Lexaria"), a global innovator in drug delivery platforms, announces that it has entered into an Agreement with an unnamed pharmaceutical company ("PharmCo") to investigate Lexaria's DehydraTECH technology with one or more proprietary PharmCo molecules.
Today's announcement is separate from, and has no relationship with, Lexaria's two Material Transfer Agreements already existing with other pharmaceutical companies.
