Cycurion launched Habit, an AI-powered security operations center designed to identify cyber threats before they disrupt business operations.

Cycurion (NASDAQ:CYCU) on Wednesday announced the launch of Habit, an AI-powered security operations center (SOC).

The launch also marks Cycurion’s repositioning as a predictive cybersecurity company, backed by a newly assembled team of former U.S. intelligence community and private-sector cybersecurity experts.

Habit is designed to identify cyber threats before they disrupt business operations.

The platform combines AI-powered technology with 24/7 human analyst support to investigate potential threats, verify incidents, execute remediation and confirm that issues have been resolved.

Habit also uses offensive security analysis to identify vulnerabilities from an attacker’s perspective, helping organizations address weaknesses before they lead to security incidents.

The product is the first major release in Cycurion’s predictive intelligence portfolio.

"Automating workflows around alerts that are mostly noise just gets you to the wrong answer faster," said Danny White, Cycurion’s chief product officer, underscoring the company’s focus on identifying unusual behavior before threats escalate.

Nasdaq Compliance & Secuvant Acquisition

Last month, Cycurion regained compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(1), following a Nasdaq Hearings Panel decision dated Sept. 9.

Also, in June, the company acquired Secuvant in a deal valued at approximately $2.875 million, consisting of $875,000 in cash and 888,888 preferred shares valued at roughly $2 million. The acquisition is expected to support Cycurion’s growth strategy.

Secuvant shareholders may also receive earn-out payments through 2028, including guaranteed annual payments of $100,000 and additional performance-based compensation tied to specific gross profit targets.

CYCU Stock Price Activity: Cycurion shares were down 0.78% at $2.52 during premarket trading Wednesday.
