Our EFCF estimate has increased by $200 million compared to the Investor Day outlook, as we are now projected to generate $1.9 billion over the five year period. This revised estimate factors in the outperformance in 2026 along with 2027 budget and strip pricing, while maintaining the original assumptions between 2028 and 2030. The Company also plans to increase the base dividend by 4% in 2027 to an annual level of $0.56/share, representing the sixth consecutive year of dividend increases, consistent with its commitment to sustainable, ratable dividend growth. Vermilion's dividend payout(6) remains among the lowest in the Canadian E&P sector at sub-10% of FFO, offering capacity for future increases.
