Adeia Posts Downbeat Q3 Earnings, Joins Bioventus, Apple And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling over 250 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Adeia Inc (NASDAQ:ADEA) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected third-quarter financial results and cut its FY26 guidance.

Adeia reported quarterly earnings of 21 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 29 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $80.193 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $98.875 million.

Adeia shares dipped 23.1% to $15.90 in pre-market trading.

• Bioventus Inc (NASDAQ:BVS) dropped 19.6% to $10.59 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed third-quarter financial results and cut its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
• Emergent Biosolutions Inc (NYSE:EBS) fell 13.4% to $5.58 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed third-quarter financial results and cut its FY26 sales guidance below estimates.
• Cerus Corp (NASDAQ:CERS) fell 8.1% to $2.17 in pre-market trading following weak quarterly sales.
• Palantir Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:PLTR) dipped 7.9% to $164.22 in pre-market trading. Palantir reported better-than-expected financial results for the third quarter and raised its full-year revenue guidance.
• CLARIVATE PLC (NYSE:CLVT) fell 6.6% to $1.55 in pre-market trading.
• NCR Voyix Corp (NYSE:VYX) dropped 4.4% to $8.53 in pre-market trading after gaining 5% on Monday.
• Tractor Supply Co (NASDAQ:TSCO) declined 4.1% to $33.87 in pre-market trading after gaining 4% on Monday.
• Trekor Metals Ltd (NYSE:TGB) fell 4.1% to $7.11 in pre-market trading. Trekor Metals will release its third quarter financial results after market close on Wednesday, Nov. 4.
• SNDL Inc (NASDAQ:SNDL) declined 3.9% to $1.22 in pre-market trading.
• Waystar Holding Corp (NASDAQ:WAY) fell 3.8% to $27.05 in pre-market trading following third-quarter results.
• Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) slipped 3.8% to $325.49 in pre-market trading. Apple reported upbeat earnings and revenue for the fourth quarter, but sees a decline in gross margin for the holiday quarter.
• Progressive Corp (NYSE:PGR) fell 3.5% to $225.81 in pre-market trading.
• NN Inc (NASDAQ:NNBR) declined 3.5% to $3.59 in pre-market trading.
