Brise Pharmaceuticals Announces Its 2024 License Deal Value With AbbVie Could Reach Up To $775M For Two Of Brise's Preclinical Migraine Programs

Brise Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (Brise) today provided an update on its exclusive license agreement with AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV), which the companies entered in 2024. Under the terms of the collaboration agreement, Brise is responsible for discovery efforts and AbbVie will lead global development and commercialization activities for two of Brise's preclinical migraine programs.

Under the terms of this agreement, the aggregated potential transaction value, including development, commercial, regulatory and sales milestones, could reach up to US $757 million plus royalties on future sales. As of the date of this announcement, Brise has already achieved several near-term milestones.
