Jinko Holdings Limited ("Jinko Holdings" or the "Company") (NYSE:JKS), today announced that Mr. Mengmeng Li (Pan Li) has resigned as the chief financial officer of the Company, effective October 30, 2026. Mr. Kun Zhang (Craig Zhang) has been appointed as acting chief financial officer of the Company, effective the same date.
