The Company also announced plans to release complete fiscal fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026 financial results after the market close on Tuesday, December 15, 2026. Preliminary Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Full Fiscal Year 2026 Results

• Fourth quarter revenue is expected to range between $20.5 million and $22.0 million; full fiscal year 2026 revenue is expected to range between $60.5 million and $62.0 million
• Fourth quarter gross margin is expected to range between 66% and 68%; full fiscal year 2026 gross margin is expected to range between 58% and 60%
• Fourth quarter adjusted EBITDA is expected to range between $7.0 million and $8.0 million; full fiscal year 2026 adjusted EBITDA is expected to range between $7.2 million and $8.2 million
• Fourth quarter operating income is expected to range between $6.5M and $6.8M; full fiscal year 2026 operating income is expected to range between $3.4M and $3.7M.
