Do not underestimate the explosive potential here. There is a shift happening from growth to value, and, REITs top the value list right now. That is why there is a strong possibility for a buyout here.

Known for its contrarian investing style, Brookfield already has placed a large wager on bricks-and-mortar retail through its real-estate business. In August 2018, the firm closed a deal to buy the two-thirds of real-estate investment trust GGP Inc. it didnt already own. The transaction valued the 125-property portfolio, mostly comprised of strip malls, at around $15 billion.

I really cant stress the buyout potential here, strongly enough. If you want a big return, you should take this very seriously:

Short sellers are doing everything they can think of to keep this down, to INCLUDE running the preferred shares. But, their luck will SOON run out. ;)

IMO, Heat will be trading in the $190 range, before EOY. You just can not argue with this:

I am a long time wall street trader, with multiple relationships with institutional buyers, ATS owners, buying clubs, and so on. I have $216M spread across multiple burrows. I dont NEED to trade..I WANT to trade. Anyway, there is a buzz going around, on the -STREET-, that Buffet has taken an interest in a vaccine play. Not the only buzz. The other is that a big Pharma is looking to partner with Heat. May explain the vol spike

Filings show there are 44 separate institutional owners. Buffet was not among them. Taking a majority ownership could position Buffet well, to cash in on Covid 19.
