Looks like the CBL buyout rumor is true - Brookfield, Amazon, and one possible other unknown
SPG is already tied up with Pennys and an online retail venture, so it would be a conflict for them to do a buyout with Amazon. Its -really- happening. Should get a news release soon. I am buying back in, pre-market.
