Not talking about potential 20% gain. Talking about a 5X or greater gain potential, on CBL. If they announce merger or acquisition, as I firmly believe, this will jump past $3, imo.

The opp here is so HUGE, I actually dumped another stock, for a $6200 loss, to ride this train.
Also.. very clear to me, from watching level 3 all day, there are one or two VERY clueless short sellers, who are tightening their OWN noose. It is quite a pleasure to watch. :)
What does this means for short sellers?
It is NOT good. Short sellers are currently facing a short trap, should they decide to continue short selling, or not cover.
Book value is > $3, on CBL. 89% of the stock is held by institutions and insiders. Of the remaining 11%, 1/2 have been sold short. In other words, we are facing a BIG SQUEEZE on this stock.
CBL considering chapter 11, by OCT 1, simply to facilitate renegotiation of debt.
IN THE MEANTIME, there is a VERY HIGH probability that will never happen. WHY? Because, given their holdings, and free cash, there remains a HIGH probability of merger or acquisition. NEWS to this affect could hit any minute.
Shorts are going to be trapped if they announce what I think they are about to announce

30 minutes ago, there was a 411 print that stayed up for a while. Announcement is coming. I think it is an acquisition or a merger
