Need something concrete, just speculation right now. Could close high on hopes of funding signed today. The fact they made it into the office is a great sign.
They wouldn’t have a meeting if there wasn’t available funding for them. A concrete relationship prior to this, is going to go along way. By the sounds of it IMO they got the cat in the bag so to speak. GLTA
