HOLDING UNTIL THE END
-
Wowza!!!
-
$MVIS Great analysis Sammy! Thanks for sharing!
-
-
-
Buyout price will equal to 3.50 - 4.00 per share. That is about the best you are going to get. Just being honest.
-
Rodriguez, Ain’t that the truth
-
-
Buyout at 500 Million. 3.50 per share
-
@MVIS, so take $1B and divide by the number of outstanding shares (approx 142,000,000) and that gives approx $7/share
-
Buyout 3.50
-
-
Volume is dead.
-
4.00 sp is top we can expect on BO
-
After its diluted with the additional 60 million shares it will have a market value of around 300 million. Add another 700 million for the tech patents and, if lucky, buyout will be at 1 billion. Thats likely best case scenario. 3.35 per share is about what we are looking at come buyout.
-
110 Million shares is roughly 51 percent of the company, at current price that means 165 million would buy 51 percent stake in MVIS and would give control over Board.
Why would someone pay Billions?
This is why nothing has happened. The asking price is obviously way too high. A company can either do a takeover via shares or simply wait until MVIS runs out of operating capital and is forced to sell at a much cheaper price. Im quite sure Sharma is actively trying to sell. The problem is, nobody is willing to pay the exorbitant asking price.
-
With the price this low a company could just begin acquiring shares until they owned 51 percent. MVIS doesnt have the financials to really fight off a hostile takeover.
-
In afternoon short covering it gona go up fast
-
There is nothing left to do but watch it bleed down and wait for a buyout. Which may not come until after the election
