Next support is $96. Waited 3 years for Dis+ to be profitable which will occur NEXT QUARTER and this is the investor response? Wow!
The movie slate is already performing with Inside out 2 and getting better with Deadpool but NOBODY seems to care.
Spending another $18 billion on parks and a few billion on the new ESPN app is a total bust that will add to their existing debt of $50 billion. Spending and woke politics are way out of control!
-
people are still asking why others are selling? On one hand you have a ton of locked potential, but the key word is “locked”. The stock has drastically underperformed the market for 3 years and Iger has broken promise after promise. He’s lied about Peltz, he lied about the $3 billion in buybacks, lied about cutting spending and the list goes on and on! He didn’t want his legacy to be embarrassed with an activist to come in during his tenure. He’s now had 2 years to “right the ship” and has promised to move away from political themes fed into content, but nope. Every new show and movie release has been based on female minority leads surrounded by gay characters. Absolutely ruining the Disney brand. Remember people, “parents” are in charge of what kids watch

-
Don’t you all know it’s not racism if you discriminate against white men or straight people? The sad thing is the “numbers” aren’t terrible for gay shows like Acolyte which gives incentive to keep making them. They have no clue that the “numbers” would be twice as high if they just stuck to the old recipe that worked like magic!
Oh and where the heck is this buyback program we were promised several months ago?!
-
Hope I’m not being confused with “RC”. I’ve owned this stock since 2020 and made the mistake of putting all my eggs in the basket for Disney. Been in it through the entire rollercoaster from $76 to $204 then back again. Let’s finally hold Iger and the board accountable and move this stock up!!!!!!!!!
-
-
Disney doesn’t need to hire white males for everything…but please keep things straight for the sake of children watching. If it wasn’t morally wrong then gay couples would be able to have children. Instead, Acolyte pushes the agenda and idea as if “it’s possible”. So bad for the Disney brand and totally inappropriate

Agree 100% with some of the comments about acolyte. They absolutely haven’t learned a thing with producing woke junk. They’re totally ruining Star Wars and Marvel and they need to change course before it’s too late! All studio heads should be fired and Iger needs to go. The only good that can come of this is another activist comes to take control…..sadly the investors who voted against Peltz where totally fooled by Iger and his false promises
-
I must be the village idiot. Apple, Netflix and other companies have more than doubled these last couple years after already having huge runs. Instead of pulling my money out of Disney I kept it in so I wouldn’t miss the climb back to $150……I thought it was a safe play ️️️
Then as soon as hope arrived in the form of Peltz investors voted him out. It’s like a bad girlfriend that keeps cheating on you….its my fault for “hope”
-
It seems crazy Disney is still at $100 after it was $200 in 2021 with the expectations of Dis+ being profitable by 2024. Now it’s actually happening and we can’t even get to $110?!
Terrible management. Iger’s got to go. Shame on investors voting against Peltz
