CyrusOne CFO Gregory R. Andrews to Leave Co; Replaced by Diane M. Morefield

CyrusOne (NASDAQ: CONE) today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Gregory R. Andrews, will be leaving the Company effective November 30, 2016 to pursue other interests and will be succeeded by Diane M. Morefield. Ms. Morefield will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective November 14, 2016.
