- Infoblox Inc (NYSE: BLOX) surged 15 percent to $26.26. The volume of Infoblox shares traded was 10555 percent higher than normal. Infoblox announced its acquisition by Vista Equity Partners for $26.50 per share in cash.
- Isle of Capri Casinos (NASDAQ: ISLE) shares moved up 31.3 percent to $22.22. The volume of Isle of Capri Casinos traded was 2574 percent higher than normal. Eldorado Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: ERI) and Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. struck a merger deal through which the former would buy the latter for $23 a share in cash or 1.638 shares.
