TheStreet Unveils New Corporate Identity

As part of a company-wide rebranding effort, TheStreet.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSCM), today introduced its new graphic identity, corporate logo, ticker symbol and corporate web address: http://www.t.st. Beginning tomorrow, the company's ticker symbol will change from (TSCM) to (NASDAQ: TST) on the NASDAQ Stock Market. Additionally, at the next Annual Stockholder's meeting, the Company will seek approval to change its official corporate name to TheStreet, Inc. TheStreet's new brand elements convey a stronger, more distinctive identity for the Company. The graphic system will be implemented over time across the full collection of the Company's digital financial media properties, including TheStreet, RealMoney, Stockpickr, Action Alerts PLUS, Options Profits, ETF Profits, MainStreet and Rate-Watch.
