OptionMonster.com co-founder Jon Najarian said on CNBC's Fast Money that he is bullish on Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) and Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS). His comment came after Credit Suisse and UBS upgraded Morgan Stanley (MS). Jon Najarian noticed that Goldman Sachs (GS) didn't fall below $160 and sees the stock as the most under-loved stock in the space because it was under performing in the fourth quarter. Najarian also commented that he saw unusual options activity on Goldman Sachs (GS) right before Christmas. Joe Terranova is also bullish on the banking sector, but he would play it through SPDR KBW Capital Markets (ETF) (NYSE: KCE). He added that both Goldman Sachs (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS) are part of this ETF. Morgan Stanley (MS) gained 4.43% and closed at $30.91, while Goldman Sachs (GS) added 2.51% today to close at $173.08. KCE closed up 2.53% today.
