Krispy Kreme Says In Initial Phase Of Testing New Concept Designed To Expand Access To Hot Original Glazed Doughnuts; No Systemwide Rollout Planned

Krispy Kreme, Inc. (NASDAQ:DNUT) ("Krispy Kreme", "KKI", or the "Company") today announced its participation in the Restaurant Finance & Development Conference (RFDC), November 9–11, 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Krispy Kreme leaders, including CEO Josh Charlesworth and CFO Raphael Duvivier, will attend. Charlesworth will also participate in a conference panel.

Ahead of the conference, Krispy Kreme will host an exclusive preview of its Hot Light Express shop prototype at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino. At the event, the Company will unveil the first test location for a reimagined, smaller footprint concept designed to expand access to Krispy Kreme’s iconic Hot Light and fresh, hot Original Glazed® doughnuts. The Company is in the initial phase of testing this new concept with no systemwide rollout planned at this time.
