Uranium Energy Corp (NYSE American: UEC) (the "Company" or "UEC"), is pleased to announce the appointment of the Honorable Tom D'Agostino, Admiral James F. Caldwell (USN, Ret.), Admiral William K. Lescher (USN, Ret.) and the Honorable Neile Miller to UEC's National Security Advisory Council (the "Council"). These appointments advance the Company's expansion into uranium conversion through its subsidiary, United States Uranium Refining & Conversion Corp.
