(Nasdaq: SPRY), a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to empowering at-risk patients and their caregivers to better protect against allergic reactions that could lead to anaphylaxis, today announced a CEO succession, in which co-founder and CEO Richard Lowenthal will no longer serve as an employee and officer of the company effective July 6, 2026. The Board has appointed Donn Casale, currently President, as CEO and Director effective July 7, 2026.
