Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares(ETF) (NYSE: FAS) declined 4.06% today on the worries that the foreclosure scandal could widen. Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) dropped 4.47%, and Bank of America Corporation (NYSE: BAC) lost 5.19%. ProShares Ultra Financials (ETF) (NYSE: UYG) is another bull market financial ETF that was hurt by the foreclosure scandal. UYG lost 2.92%, and closed at $56.51.
