The Board of Directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.70 per share of Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2026. Also in our fourth fiscal quarter, we repurchased 301 thousand shares as part of our share repurchase program.
