("First Financial") (NASDAQ:FFIN), and First Financial Bank (the "Bank" and together with First Financial, the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") has announced the promotion of David Bailey to CEO of both entities. The position was previously held by F. Scott Dueser, who will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of the Boards.
