Canadian National Files Motion With Surface Transportation Board To Compel Additional Information To Proposed Merger Between Union Pacific, Norfolk Southern

CN (TSX:CNR) (NYSE: CNI) today announced that it has filed a motion with the Surface Transportation Board (STB) to compel additional information in relation to the proposed merger agreement between Union Pacific (UP) and Norfolk Southern (NS).
