(NASDAQ:DOMH) is pleased to announce that, following its press release issued on December 11, 2025, the board of directors has updated the record date and payment date for the previously announced special cash dividend of approximately $10 million, or approximately $0.44 per share.
The dividend is now payable on or about January 26, 2026, to DOMH's common stock shareholders and certain DOMH warrant holders (on an as-exercised basis) of record as of the close of business on January 5, 2026.
