Vivid Seats Names CFO Lawrence Fey As CEO, Effective Immediately, Succeeding Stan Chia; Ted Pickus Appointed Interim CFO

Vivid Seats Inc. (NASDAQ: SEAT) ("Vivid Seats" or "we"), a leading marketplace that utilizes its technology platform to connect millions of buyers with thousands of ticket sellers across hundreds of thousands of events each year, today provided financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025 and announced a leadership transition.

Vivid Seats today announced that Lawrence Fey, Vivid Seats' Chief Financial Officer, will succeed Stan Chia as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Chia, who became Chief Executive Officer in 2018, will stay on in an advisory role through December 1, 2025. As part of the transition, Ted Pickus, who has served as Vivid Seats' Chief Accounting Officer since 2022, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer until a successor is identified.
