The initial quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 was declared for each share of its common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable on August 18, 2025 to shareholders of record on July 28, 2025. Based on the current number of shares outstanding, the aggregate payment will be approximately $1.1 million.
