On CNBC’s “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Bryn Talkington of Requisite Capital Management said Pacer US Cash Cows 100 ETF (BATS:COWZ) includes names with the highest free cash flow yields. It has a P/E of 6.95 and energy and healthcare make up 50% of the portfolio, she added.
