UPDATE: KeyBanc Upgrades Shares of Terex to Buy from Hold; Reiterates Buy for Oshkosh

According to a research report released today, KeyBanc is upgrading Terex Corp. (NYSE: TEX) from a Hold rating to Buy with a $28.00 PT, and maintaining Oshkosh's (NYSE: OSK) Buy rating. “In our view, recent increases in both the Architectural Billing Index (ABI) and non-residential construction spending in conjunction with much improved industry sentiment at the conference suggest that OSK, TEX and other construction equipment manufacturers should enjoy an improving revenue environment in 2012,” KeyBanc said in the report. Terex Corp. closed yesterday at $19.30. Oshkosh closed yesterday at $24.68.
