A report from Disclosure Insight reiterates its Medium Risk – Negative Bias rating on Church & Dwight Co. (NYSE: CHD). The report states, “An ongoing FTC investigation; concentrated revenue; turnover on the board; and the chairman and CEO positions being held by one person support our opinion of a Medium Risk - Negative Bias rating for CHD. In Aug-10, CHD disclosed that it had received a subpoena and civil investigative demand from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in connection with a non-public investigation in which the FTC sought to determine whether the company engaged in any unfair methods of competition." CHD closed yesterday at $42.95.
