Is the sale of JA positive to TLRD? I don not see it negative. Considering the sale of the business in UK as well, obviously TLRD has been working for a lean and mean direction for concentrating its core business. There is a good chance the dividend would be reinstalled in the near future.

Marching just began!

I see 30% up today.

Not too bad, just a tiny bruise, not even a wound. Cheers bulls and bears!

I got, bulls just came back from lunch.

No matter what, do not get slaughtered, wounded is the step for glory.

A red spot in a sea of green, what a lovely scene!

Pumpers, help please!

Do not worry, bulls and bears make money, only pigs get slaughtered.

Charging bull, watch out!

The newest amendment simply says the agreement RSA still holds after Newsom’s rejection.
-
Newsom holds the plan as hostage to force a complete board directors swapped and the financial structure revised. The critical sounds like lying in the financial structure, a balance between all stakeholders.

As long as claimants are settled, no one on earth could rob the owners of their interests in the company with intrinsic great values, unless in a lawless country or through revolution. Gavin is probably just wanting to see a best outcome for himself politically, which is a delicate balance game.
