The key will be the guidance for Q1 plus any improvements on the estimated Q4 vs actual Q4. Not expecting any dividend until perhaps Q1.

A dividend payout in Q4 2023 is unrealistic given the finances, company policy and market conditions for that period. The key will be the forward looking comments/guidance.

Any ceasefire will be temporary at best. Israel has already confirmed their intentions to proceed with military plans regardless of any short term ceasefire. This region is far from returning to any degree of normalcy.
