Not worried at all. Fact based research clearly supports buy & hold for remainder of 2025, at minimum. The rest is standard noise.

No. The next dividend payment equates to about 1% of the current SP. Q2 will be significantly better vs Q1, thus the upwards projection. The SP has multiple catalysts that should maintain or perhaps accelerate this trajectory.

No end in sight for prolonged shipping detour due to Red Sea risk. Israel states war likely to last into 2025.

Nobody who understands finances and ZIM would have expected a $6.00 dividend payout in Q1.

Zacks will not be accurate. For example, they reference higher costs. The new LNG-fueled vessels are lowering costs. ZIM is charging shippers certain added fees such as BAF. Freight rates are substantially higher. Etc.

What’s been improving?
We do not have an update yet on Financials from Q1 but we do know what was expected when they announced FY2024 guidance. We also know ZIM is heavily skewed towards spot rates vs contracts. We know rates are up significantly since the beginning of 2024. We know volumes are increasing across key routes such as Asia to USWC. We know container availability has been an issue. Etc. -
That Loadstar article is 110% bullish…

Maersk up nearly 8% this morning…

128,000 shares set at $85 sell price.

Maersk raised full year guidance (EBITDA). Now it’s between $4B and $6B. Originally it was $1B to $6B.

Seriously? These idiots pop up everywhere.

If the Q1 results are solid, would you rather have a dividend payout or a stock buy-back?

That statement is incorrect. The FDA has not rejected Abeona’s Pz-cel. The FDA has requested further information on the CMC. Please do your DD. The FDA has therefore delayed any decision on approval status until the CMC info is submitted and reviewed.

All available data points to a likely dividend announcement in the next 2 weeks or so. But need to wait & see. Never know. Not a guarantee.

Delay is not the same as a rejection. No further testing required.
