The $7.50 call options due to expire Friday the 10th 2022 so the question that I have….it must close above $7.50 on Friday for them all to be in the money per se?
It appears there maybe about 10 million shares that are involved with this option call?
If the call options close below $7.50 out of the money they are worthless hill regardless of time decay.
Anybody a little clarity on this thank you.

The CEO Mark Russell needs just 11,779 votes He should check out the state of Georgia just ask any Trumplafuck.
That dilutional make Nikola Corp's great again.
-
The founder Trevor Milton must’ve been against it from the start he had to know what the proxy was.
I sure don’t know a whole lot about all the ins and outs of any company and I don’t think anybody does either however if they’re issuing more shares that means Trevor Milton will be in the minority going forward.
He’s just like anybody else he wants to have control why not….yeah he did some bad stuff and most those issues are being paid for by the company he found it.
All those vehicles now I have their own power they don’t have to roll downhill everybody
needs to get over it. -
So at this point they do not have enough votes to make the dilution of the equity….
Does this mean that the equity should go up to at least to $8.50 I would imagine I could be also completely wrong however… it would be in the best interest to increase the price 1 to 2 dollars from this point so when the Measure does pass because they will vote and the consequences of it will have a natural catalyst to send the equity down naturally it would collapse back to $7.06…. And much lower -
Check out Katie green energy hydrogen Drive electrical vehicles the future inevitable.

Listen to Anthony I would say I think he knows nothing about people and what equities can do.
It’s true it may not go to $8 $10 $12 but the shorts don’t know that….because 80% have not covered at all.!
But it sounds like Anthony has skin in the game.
-
It’s funny we’re not hearing any BS from our favorite naked shorties clown show I guess it must hurt a little bit.
Can we say margin call….short more show us how brave you are.️
The shorts are going to need I a big butt plug because it’s gonna get nasty you brave people need a hold it back in. I know you can do it I seen it before and then sometimes people just get fucking slaughtered.
-
Yeah I guess there is a place for the naked shorties they are putting greenbacks in my wallet.
We got six minutes to go and it’s $7.25 do I hear $7.30
-
The naked shorties are going to feel so much better when they take a shit tonight
That short plan obviously was not working out today.
Let’s play tomorrow.
-
Do you think the naked shorts will get a margin call right after the market closes 4:00pm
well Some will that’s for sure…. and we Might get a super Spike….right at the close to the upside
-
God damn we’re going green…. Is anybody covering their shorts right now.
So I guess we’re going to $8.00 dollars in the a.m.
-
Where is the bottom can anybody tell me.
That’s rhetorical course.

Sense March 26 2022 Chevron corporation strike in Vallejo California.
Concurrently with the strike—and possibly resulting from the company’s efforts to continue operations during the strike—a hydrotreater at the refinery has broken down. This has caused a massive drop in production and corresponding further rise in prices.
It’s very difficult to make (diesel without the hydrotreater)
So in the San Francisco metropolitan area we only have two facilities producing diesel PBF energy and Valero.
PBF and Valero are making so much money it’s unbelievable… because Chevron hydrtreater is unable to run.
As of this date 4/25/22 The strike is still on.
Some 3 years ago we had five oil refineries in the San Francisco metropolitan area now we only have three do the math.

My understanding as a former employee of Shell is the Netherlands wanted Shell to move more quickly towards green and there was a conflict there and that’s part of the reason they move their headquarters out.
The German government is now in the process of rethinking the closing down there last three nuclear facilities and also did an about face with sending arms to Ukraine unthinkable two weeks ago.
The swiss government has also done the unthinkable freezing foreign assets of Russian oligarchs…. Unimaginable two weeks ago.
As a former employee of Shell corporation once they make a decision to do something they normally do it no matter what the cost is good or bad that’s one of the downsides of working for Shell corporation.
They will write down without question investments in Russia I have seen it before when they did a right down in Alaska for $25 billion dollars people that follow this company notice as a fact.
There’s no question they want it out of dirty oil and that has been the plan for quite some time everybody know this….however geo political politics have changed dramatically they may do unthinkable move back into dirty oil because this episode with the Russians may last easily 10 years.?
As my former employee I will have to tell you the honest truth nothing matters more than making a profit no matter what they have to do they will do it….it’s in their DNA.
In my opinion one of the reasons why Shell stock is down they are redefining their selves.
