@kcarpenter Did you ever find out how to add a cash position in a portfolio? I have the same question and would like to add cash to my portfolio.

on the app, open the portfolio. At the bottom of that screen, you will see a button called "Cash Transactions". It will open the Cash Transactions screen. Click on the Add Cash Transaction. Make sure to open the Type choices, so you pick the right type for each transaction. I always type a note. For example to set up a position, you could type Establish open cash balance. For dividends, I type the ticker symbol when I record dividends or interest earned. (Int paid is when you pay accrued interest when buying bonds, or you pay margin interest.) . Hope this helps!
