Why MRO, ConocoPhillips still has a profit margin and enterprise products has a 10 percent div, XLE tracks the whole sector. as far as I can see this one is a odd choice

I dont know what the tender offer is, but these offers are designed to promote a selloff of shares by existing shareholders so they can accept the offer and so the company can use those offers to refinance debt or finance a part of their company at a lower interest rate. So we may see a lower share price today.
Tesla doing well makes me hesitant about the future of oil. There could be a short term spike but long term may not last.
I knew it was only a matter of time until MRO started performing in the green, i have high hopes this will be one of my portfolio’s best performers
