$JE @FightOrFlight, I concur. Why didn’t they just voluntarily delist from both exchanges? Why just TSX? Being listed on an exchange can be costly, so I suspect that was a cost cutting measure, and therefore, less expensive to just list under the NYSE. We shall find out soon I guess.
$JE All we need to do is HOLD.
$JE Moving off the TSX exchange is also a cost cutting measure.
$JE The TSX-V exchange is for smaller cap stocks, which makes sense. Access to it will be the same from most brokerages so no change really. But the requirements are much less stringent than TSX so no more of the reverse split BS. Not the best news, but also not terrible.
$JE But no mention of voluntary delisting from the NYSE though. Which would be bad.
$JE So no OTC/Pink Sheet?
$JE It’d be interesting to see if Brazos cancels its bankruptcy filing soon.
$JE Bears are going to get fucked up after-hours.
$JE This is so damn obvious that a reversal is imminent. Those that don’t see it have not been following.
$JE buying more!!! Great opportunity!! 5 eow
$JE @Ashikiba Dang man, you broke bro? Did you jump in when it was $500 and now broke and bitter? Not all of us are stupid like you. There are smart people who buy low and sell high. Loser.
$JE No one is having my shares. None of it.
$JE will sue like CPS and should also get a swift settlement— 90% correction. There are many options at their disposal to fight this.
My opinion only, not financial advice.
$JE For all of you asking about delisting: when a company files for bankruptcy PROTECTION, the exchange the stock is under will automatically issue a delisting NOTICE by default. The company can then accept or appeal. In this case $JE is in the process of disputing ERCOT’s billing error. If it is successful, it would no longer need the bankruptcy PROTECTION, and therefore, would cancel the chapter 15 filing, which would then reverse the delisting process.
Not financial advice. I’m just a dummy that has a knack for recognizing high rewards.
$JE Open shorts won’t sleep well this weekend.
$JE Very scared short below.
